The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Institute was created by founder, director, and instructor
Rev. Dr. Raymont L. Anderson, to provide a place for people to come to gain assistance, insight, nurturing, and honest guidance in finding answers and manifesting their goals and desires. Those who join the Institute will be offered holistic guidance that addresses the triune being - Body, Mind, and Soul as well as the various other important aspects of life such as, health and well being, financial abundance, emotional well being, spiritual awareness, inter and intra personal relationships, and Harmony.
The Institute, while only offering a small sampling of the eventual services, became an active place of service in July 2007 after Rev. Dr. Anderson graduated from AIHT with his Doctor of Divinity degree from the highly esteemed American Institute of Holistic Theology and it is there that he is currently studying to obtain his Ph.D. in Metaphysics. The name: P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Institute was chosen for the imagery and mythos of the Phoenix. As creature of love and beauty, the phoenix spreads joy, peace, and love on all it comes in contact with. The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Institute intends to be a physical manifestation of the myth via a school and place of fellowship and service by providing the tools to access all the love and abundance the universe has to offer.
The acronym P.H.O.E.N.I.X. stands for -
Prayerfully Harmonizing, Optimistically Empowering, Nurturing Inspiration & (e)Xcellence
The Institute slogan, "From the ashes you are risen; made new and alive!" - represents the nature of change, shedding the old and giving birth to the new self.
The logo design, a phoenix surrounded by a halo of fire and the kanji script for phoenix. The phoenix imagery is symbolic of the mythical phoenix, the fire halo representing the spiritual aura, halo of light that divinely spirited beings emit and their power of light to cast away darkness. Lastly the kanji characters for phoenix to represent the founders affinity for the Asian culture and the artistry in the language.
Purpose: To create a community where all people are inspired, supported and encouraged on their journey as spiritual beings having a human experience.
MISSION
Mission: To co-create, with the Holy Spirit, a global awareness and consciousness that is aligned with the perfect harmony of the Divine, by teaching and demonstrating spiritual laws and principles.
Vision: To attract, to see, to know, and to experience a world where all humans live in harmony with the perfection of LOVE which is - God.
CORE VALUES: F.L.A.M.E.S.
FAITH
We live faithfully by recognizing that there is one Spirit. Spirit is all there is.
Unification: Spirit and I are one. I live, move, and have my being in God.
LOVE
We live lovingly knowing that everything we say, think, and do is an expression of fear or love.
In this moment now we choose love.
AFFIRMATION
We live in an affirming state of being through a series of statements affirming/declaring the outcome desired as already present.
I CAN / I AM / I WILL / I CHOOSE / I HAVE / I LOVE / I CREATE / I ENJOY / I THANK /
And so it is. . .
MASTERY
We live mindfully of the concepts of Kaizen and Arete' realizing that our vigilance, discipline, and focus assist us in following the spiritual laws of the universe.

We live vibrationally at the highest levels we can, knowing that like attracts like.
SUPPORT
We live compassionately by caring for, nurturing, assisting our brothers and sister.
As we do to others, it is done to us.
