Tracy was born and raised in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York. She lived there with her mother, brother, and sister. Tracy is the youngest of her siblings. She currently resides in Bowie, MD.

After graduating from High School, Tracy joined the United States Army, served 6 years, and then separated under honorable conditions. She then began working for the Federal Government and has continued since.

Around 2002 God placed on Tracy’s heart His desire for her to communicate with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She never had a desire to learn sign language; however, she was obedient and began taking classes. Shortly after that she began a Deaf ministry at her church.

Tracy joined the performance company B.E.L.I.E.V.E. (Being Empowered Living Inspired Exemplying Victory Everyday) March 2007; she believes joining the company placed her in a position to work in the Deaf and hearing communities. Being a member of B.E.L.I.E.V.E. is a wonderful experience for Tracy. Her understanding of deaf culture and Deaf people has expanded, she has been introduced to many deaf people which increased her comfort level around Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, her signing and communication skills improved, and she made many friends. Tracy is grateful that she has the opportunity to touch and inspire people all over.

During a visit to one of Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson’s classes (2008), Tracy saw a video he showed titled Conversation’s With God. After viewing that video, Tracy said to Rev. Dr. Anderson “That’s what I want to do, I want be your Administrative Assistant.” Rev. Dr. Anderson accepted the offer and she has been working for him since.

Tracy attended a Unity church September 2008 and enjoyed the experience of a peaceful awakening service/fellowship; which is what she had been seeking. It was then that her interest was peeked to learn more about metaphysics and New Thought. Tracy knows being a student as well as working at PHOENIX Institute will allow her to be an avenue to help enlighten others about living a holistic life.

Tracy is a Reiki Shoden practitioner, student at PHOENIX Institute, minister of music and worship leader at PHOENIX Fellowship, and a member of Phi Theta Kappa, has an Associates of Applied Science in Business Management, a Certificate as a Personal Computer Specialist, and is currently working on her Bachelors in Metaphysics and Divinity.
